在2023年5月25日大学生心理健康节到来之际，天津海运职业学院推出了独具特色的“暖心向阳·快乐同行”2023年度“5·25心理嘉年华”活动。本次活动旨在促进学生之间的交流与沟通，提升学生们的心理素质，构建和谐的校园氛围。

5·25，谐音“我爱我”，寓意学生要关注自己的心理成长与心理健康，学会关爱自我、了解自我、接纳自我，进而学会关爱别人，关爱社会。

为提高同学们的参与程度和获得充分的体验感，本次活动在内容设置上提供了“心理体验区”“智力闯关区”“团体游戏区”三大展区，各个展区均有不同的主题活动供学生们选择和体验。活动现场吸引了大量学生参与，各项活动体验人数达4000人次。

“心理体验区”以参与动手制作体验为主，设置了“心有千千结”、“DIY团扇绘制”、“飞盘速递”、“草帽彩绘”四项主题体验活动。学生们可以通过学习编制各种不同形式的水手结来体验中国悠久的绳结文化，也可以在扇面或者草帽上用色彩绘制属于自己的专属图案，制作独一无二的潮流单品，体验亲手制作带来的快乐。

“智力闯关区”以发挥智力因素体验为主，设置了“巧解鲁班锁”、“开心九连环”、“趣味魔方”、“数字猜谜”四项主题体验活动。通过运用智慧解决实际问题，可以起到锻炼思维的作用，也可以体验到解决实际问题带来的愉悦感受。

“团体游戏区”以参与团体游戏体验为主，设置“同心鼓”、“不倒森林”、“合力搭建”、“巧抛彩球”四项主题团体体验活动。通过活动体验，学会团队协作和默契配合。

“暖心向阳·快乐同行”天津海运职业学院2023年“5·25心理嘉年华”活动为同学们带来了温暖和陪伴，在校园内营造了欢乐温馨、青春向上的健康心理体验环境和氛围。参与活动的同学们纷纷表示意犹未尽，普遍认为：通过参加活动不仅认识了许多同学，各种压力也得到了释放，更加意识到热爱生命，积极生活，悦纳自我，理性平和的阳光心态对健康成长的重要意义。
