在第八个全民国家安全教育日来临之际，为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于国家安全的重要论述，扎实开展好国家安全宣传及校园安全教育，提升师生员工国家安全意识，筑牢校园安全防线。4月14日清晨，我院举行“树立国家安全观念 提升师生安全素养”全民国家安全教育日主题升旗仪式。党委学生工作部部长王洋同志，党委学生工作部副部长李晗芳同志，学院团委书记、党委学生工作部副部长董铁同志，各系副书记及党委安全工作部（保卫处）干事高伟同志、学生管理老师和在校学生宿舍长1000余人参加升旗仪式。

8点整，升旗仪式正式开始，学院国旗护卫队英姿飒爽地迈着整齐的步伐、喊着响亮的口号护送国旗走向国旗台，伴随着雄壮激昂的国歌，在全体师生的注目下，五星红旗冉冉升起。

航运经济系会计22（二）-1班林奕男同学作为学生代表在国旗下做了“提高国家安全意识，增强国家安全责任”主题演讲。她与大家分享了国家安全的概念涵义，并提出倡议作为当代大学生应该谨言慎行；积极了解祖国历史和社会，关注国家热点；加强饮食安全、课间安全、用电用火安全等，号召每一位同学都自觉担任起自己的责任，增强国家安全意识、培养严明的组织性和纪律性，养成良好的行为习惯，提高综合素质，做新时代合格的大学生。

党委安全工作部（保卫处）干事高伟老师，围绕“增强安全意识，做校园安全的宣传者；妥善化解分歧，做校园安全的践行者；锤炼安全本领，做校园安全的担当者”，对如何营造安全有序的校园生活环境提出了具体指导和要求，希望同学们携手共创安全的教育教学环境，共同营造国家安全的浓厚氛围。

国家安全与每个人都息息相关，国家安则人民安。只有人人关心、参与国家安全建设，星火成炬，汇涓成海，以小成其大，这就要求我们持之以恒加强国家安全教育，不断提升国家安全意识和素养，国家安全的钢铁长城才能坚固无比。
