为更好落实校地联动、协同征兵的工作要求，激发更多优秀海运学子携笔从戎、建功军营的热情，实现辖区兵源的高素质、高质量和可持续发展，3月27日下午，津南区人武部部长张相刚，津南区征兵办公室主任、军事科科长王毅到天津海运职业学院进行调研。学院党委书记张建成，党委学生工作部（学生处）、武装部部长王洋、学院党委安全工作部（保卫处）党支部书记吴元将以及党委学生工作部相关老师等参加调研。

会上，张建成书记对张相刚部长一行来校调研表示热烈欢迎，对津南区人武部长期以来对学校征兵工作的关心、支持和帮助表示衷心的感谢，并详细介绍了学院的基本情况、发展历程和办学特色。

张相刚部长对我院实施全员准军事化教育管理工作并在国防教育、征兵工作中取得的成绩给予充分肯定和高度评价。希望学院继续发挥特色办学优势，不断加强组织领导，科学调剂征兵工作方案，将更多高素质的大学生输送到部队，高标准完成年度征兵工作。

会后，张相刚部长一行参观了学院航海模拟器、天象馆和军事化素质成果展览室。

下一步，学院将以此次调研为契机，积极探索高校武装工作的新方法、新途径，不断提升武装工作的质量和水平，推动学院武装工作和国防后备力量建设迈上新台阶。
